What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open and honest communication with the team

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything is about being loyal to a person (Phang) and not about ANYTHING ELSE.
Company is run by worst lying management ever. They have many EEOC complaints and are hostile and cruel to employees.
Compassion for a sick employee and recognizing a bully supervisor
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Free dental and vision coverage along with cheap medical insurance
Free insurance and minimal cost of insurance for family
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Equal pay and opportunity despite the sex or race of anyone.
I think that a higher pay would be great
What are some of the best things about your team?
Hard working group that does their best daily
That they try their best but sometimes slack off
Friendly and kind coworkers but they are frustrated by terrible mgt.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Shut there mouths, quit gossiping,focus on job more!
The coworkers are discouraged and often sabotage the abusive management. As long as they are treated badly, they will not produce quality products.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people care about each other and work together to meet our goals
Everyone is always in turmoil. There is no team building and management lies to the production workers.
Everyone has their own unique traits
Getting to work with other cultures.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Move back to China, hire more white people.
Realizing that mistakes can happen and looking at the whole picture. Having manuals and instructions and knowing an employee cannot memorize 3000 part numbers and account numbers. Having a computer system meant for your business and not trying to use a system that makes it difficult to do your job

Had the opportunity to interview with multiple levels of management
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Be on time when you are interviewing someone.
If they could streamline the process and make everything easier
Faster notification of hire status.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to contribute to our success and help improve our processes
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Ask all of vendors who have had to file lawsuits to get paid for what they provided to the company to build its plant and keep it running.
Some workers are not working hard enough
Be more customer friendly and not have the attitude customers are not out to rip the company off
