The coworkers are discouraged and often sabotage the abusive management. As long as they are treated badly, they will not produce quality products.

Realizing that mistakes can happen and looking at the whole picture. Having manuals and instructions and knowing an employee cannot memorize 3000 part numbers and account numbers. Having a computer system meant for your business and not trying to use a system that makes it difficult to do your job

Ask all of vendors who have had to file lawsuits to get paid for what they provided to the company to build its plant and keep it running.
Some workers are not working hard enough
Be more customer friendly and not have the attitude customers are not out to rip the company off
