What's the company culture like at Glazer's?
Working out of a satellite depot, it's pretty laid back, no supervision, work at a decent pace and your fine. Hard work, greart benefits, 4 day work week, 10 -14 hour days, safety bonuses, gain share, and much more.

Overall, this is a very lucrative jobto have in Ky. The wages ar well above average, good insurance, and several other nice monetary benefits. The schedule is Tuesday-Friday, approximately 44-48 hours per week. It can be stressful due to the nature of customer service accompanied by mis-steps beyond the drivers control. Management is sometimes lacking in oversight that could make this job less stressful. But overall, this is a very lucrative job.
