What do you like best about the leadership team?
transparency when tackling the issues
Openess, easygoing, humanity, being available
Good morale, listen to workers. Rarely finish the deal on things they mention

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Lying about benefits and retirement as well as bonus
Take the time to explain the contract. Make the pit operational instead of hap hazard mining(not looking ahead). Get rid of the purple circle. Stop employing big mouths(cleaners & barbies ) with no experience. Be availableand approachable. Just help the crew.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The Annual Bonus was the Best of it
Salary is quite competitive in the industry

Actually getting whats promised on the job adds
Am functioning at a higher level than my position (due to my previous experience). Compensation for what I do
Less complications and simpler approach
If I got paid more than haul truck operators.
The type of work we do on daily basis should be equal to what we earn

They are new every month
Good interactions and open discussion
Developing passions towars the work and growth
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Stop dobbing people in. If there's a gripe go and speak to the individual as there might be a something going on with that person.

People like to work here
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Improvement of recruitment and promotion
To many to list but the company could start with better pay and benefits. Get rid of the middle management.
