A more improved employee engagement and compensation.
not paid fairly as you could be on the same income level and grade for 10years
Salary scale should be reviewed considering the economic status of the country

Despite our differences, the team still comes together to ensure operational work is done effectively and efficiently.
Very coopeeative and free spirited team members
I work with really wonderful people who are goal getters on whatever task we are assigned to carry out and I like the fact that we lookout for each other

Growth Allow Growth Make provision for growth
the entire leadership structure. Too comfortable and unwilling to make others rise.

After all the drama, toxic environment,chastising I am always happy I will go home and rest

Poor network both for data and calls: network equipment should be improved upon
