Good people. Fast growth. Great mission

Innovative company with high growth potential.

Hi, I have positive things to say, but there's something important people must know: if you are a woman, you will get paid less. My female coworker, who has more experience, credentials, leadership; she paid less than I as a white male. Leadership is too fearful to stand up for what is right.

Company is fast growing, creating career opportunities. Decent pay, good work life balance, and great people/culture.

There is a toxic masculinity in multiple departments. Not all of them but the orginations and collections departments. They dont promote from with in often. If you dont have a degree it will take 4 years to reach a supervisor position regardless of prior experience. Another 2 to be a manager

Honest. Direct. Trustworthy. Driven. Smart

Fosters a positive culture and open door environment.

There is direction. My direct supervisor is great. Past that is lacking.

Fair base. Good bonus. Decent benefits

Good base with strong bonus opportunity.

Blue Cross health benefits. Company covers most of the cost.

The compensation is lacking compared to similar positions you dont get a fair wage for the expectations. Some positions offer a monthly bonus and others an annual but the bonuses are low comparatively. The structure doesnt reward you for going above and beyond

Support each other. Really care about the company and each other.

Great people. Support each other.

People are nice and kind to your face. But they do not care about equality of pay between men and women.

We all hate working here. The culture is so toxic and demoralizing and depressing. Its not so Much the coworkers as it is the mood of everyone that is the direct reault of managements micromanagement and favortiaim Promoting policies.

People are supportive of each other.

No BS. Everyone works together to get the job done.

Management has created a toxic stew of a work culture. Employees are not valued or compensated well. The business is demoralizing as it preys on sub prime Borrowers.

Some of the leadership is positive and tries to build a good environment

Equality of pay between gender, especially when the job is the exact same, the level of fear that the directors and VPs have of certain executive(s)

Very honest and open about the role and company.

Ability to work on real problems and create solutions

It's not a good business for consumers
