- What would you improve about your company's interview process?Stop having HR turn people down when they never did the work before of what is needed. The direct manager should be doing that.
- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Management is a major problem. They act like they listen to our concerns but changes are not made for the better because people making them have no idea what the average worker goes through trying to get work done right.
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?Managements attitude towards workers, listen rather then just do what you want and make things more frustrating.
