For someone at my level, I've appreciated the amount of stock options I've received. Especially with the lowering of the strike price. If we eventually IPO, being able to exercise my options at the lower price is much appreciated.

The promotions haven't arrived yet, but with the lay offs that have taken place I don't expect a big increase or bonus for all the work done this year.
