Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The promotions haven't arrived yet, but with the lay offs that have taken place I don't expect a big increase or bonus for all the work done this year.

We've introduced many people to the company in the last year or so who work in a very isolated, siloed environment. People need to be more proactive about working and engaging others in their projects for a collective win rather than personal benefit.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
People should assume positive intent from everyone at Globality, and not take things personal when "sub-optimal" things are being mentioned about something/processes/etc. Also think we should make it more transparent who does what.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
After some organizational changes, there is a lot of uncertainty and anxiety about job security. It would be good to get some reassurance that jobs are safe for now.
