Our firm has spent more than three decades committed to justice, fairness, and protection of rights afforded all of us by the United States Constitution and our common laws. In everything we do, we are inspired and guided by the stories of our clients over the years that have stood up and fought against entities much more powerful than themselves.

We commit to changing perceptions and behaviors in our communities, and what we can specifically do with the special responsibilities and privileges we hold as part of the legal profession. Our commitment combines immediate steps with a sustained, intense, and meaningful effort on the part of all of us as individuals and collectively as a firm to ensure life, liberty and the pursuit of justice for all.

We commit to engage in dialogue and raise a call to action in our own firm. We have established a formal GLP Attorneys Diversity Committee whose mission is dedicated to fostering an environment where all people, including individuals of diverse race, color, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, religion, nationality, age, and people who are differently abled may succeed professionally.
