Niccolo de Masi — Executive Chairman at Glu Mobile

Mr. Niccolo M. de Masi has been Executive Chairman of Glu Mobile, Inc. since December 2014. Mr. de Masi served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Glu Mobile, Inc. since December 2009, its Principal Executive Officer from November 10, 2016 to November 10, 2016 and also served as its Chairman of the Board since December 2014. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Hands-On Mobile, Inc. from October 2009 to January 2010 and served as its President from March 2008 to January 2010. He oversaw U.S. sales and marketing, business, corporate and product development and all Hands-On international operations. Mr. de Masi has blend of corporate finance and operational experience in the technology, media and telecommunications (TMT) sector. He served as Group Chief Executive Officer of Monstermob Group PLC from June 13, 2006 to February 23, 2007, where Mr. de Masi was responsible for formulating and implementing it organic and inorganic growth strategy. He served as an Executive Officer at ARC Associates. Mr. de Masi served as Group Managing Director of Monstermob Group plc from December 19, 2005 to February 23, 2007 and also as its Chief Operating Officer. He also served as Managing Director of Consumer Services of Monstermob Group PLC from August 25, 2004 to February 23, 2007. Mr. de Masi has a strong background of senior management and executive experience in the mobile gaming and content sectors. His primary areas of focus on delivering the strategy of Monstermob Group, new global initiatives and the integration of acquisitions. Prior to joining Monstermob, he worked for JP Morgan in both the debt capital markets and mergers and acquisitions teams within the media, technology and telecoms (TMT) division. He began his career as a Physicist at Siemens Solar and within the Strategic Planning and Development divisions of Technicolor, working for the Chief Operating Officer on a range of acquisitions and initiatives worldwide. He served as the Interim Chairman of Glu Mobile, Inc. since July 2014. Mr. de Masi serves as Member of Advisory Board at Blockchain Capital. He has been a Director of Glu Mobile, Inc. since January 4, 2010. He has been Director at Plain Vanilla Corp. since January 2016. He served as a Director of Xura, Inc. since November 18, 2015 until August 19, 2016. He serves as a Director of Agnitio Capital Limited. He served as a Director of Monstermob Group plc. He has published a number of research papers on semiconductor technologies. Mr. de Masi holds a BA and an MA in Physics and a Master of Science in Electronic Engineering from Cambridge University.
