What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to be better with working together and communicating.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Yes I am very happy with my job
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They decided to hire someone to do my exact job, and pay them $4 less.
The company doesn't have the money to pay someone with schooling and a degree, but they are willing to pay some high schooler of the streets basically nothing. It makes going to school useless. If a big company like GMC can not handle paying someone that went to school, something is wrong.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

the managment needs to change!!!!

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
communication there is no communicaiton
the managers do not know what they are doing. They do not even give you the right paperwork the the car they want worked on.
