What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very transparent and make you feel welcome and part of the company even before your start date. They are also very friendly and work hard everyday so the company's environment can be positive and enjoyable

What are some of the best things about your team?
Everybody is friendly and welcoming. We enjoy hanging out together and plan happy hours and outings all the time

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everybody in the company is committed to helping GoCo Succeed. We are able to relax during work hours when needed, and the culture is very into wellness and healthy lifestyles.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I loved being able to have lunch with almost all the GoCo team during the interview; I was able to evaluate whether I thought their company culture would be a good fit for me. It also gives the opportunity to talk with everyone in a more comfortable environment.

What makes you most happy at work?
Being in an open floor office is fun because you get to interact with different departments; also, colleagues are friendly and you feel like working with friends instead of just colleagues.
