There are no caps. The better the coaches do the better the center does the increase in compensation.

Sold $130,000 made $25,000... underpaid
Had high sales low commisions
GOLFTEC pays below market. Doesn't have equity sharing. Benefits are paid predominantly by the employee.

Chill group of guys that just enjoy golf and want to share that passion with others

We all help each other and there is a great work life balance.
Team culture but we don't meet enough.
Best corporate culture of anywhere I've worked. People work together because, contrary to popular belief, work shouldn't be a zero sum game.
