Exciting, stressful, fulfilling, successful, collaborative

I love the people but work life balance, though discussed often, is extremely lacking.

Everyone here is helpful and collaborative. The "no sugar" operating principle helps us have the conversations we need to have to get better, and creates psychological safety to really contribute. It's also a great product which makes the work exciting.

What can I say? Gong is great at basically everything. The product is incredible, yes, but also they are a very employee-first company, and are continuously very transparent. Everyone takes Gong's Operating Principles seriously, and the leadership team cares about us as human beings. No complaints.
