What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open to suggestions and new ideas
They try to stay in touch with all of the employees.
Transparency in decision making and company progress towards goals through weekly all-hands meetings and regular exposure to leadership
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Engineering is not as important as HR or Sales, employees not respected, political CEO
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Bonus plan along with a yearly merit review
Lots of company events, multisport card, fridge full of healthy snacks, sport trainers, free books and soft skills/IT training, hackatons....
My base salary is fair for my experience and the market
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
no transparency, respect or empowerment as an engineer

Transparent, effective, hard working, passionate, team players
Multicultural, enthusiastic, customer-focused, easygoing, talented!
Everyone works together towards a common goal and will drop what they're doing to help their team mate

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Friendly, even dogs friendly, informal.
Wins are celebrated every week. Individuality and creativity towards work are encouraged. A structure is provided but conformity is not expected. Everyone is free to bring their own experience to the job.

change CEO and change leadership
What did you like most about the interview process?
nothing special just hr working in company interests

I met with every member of the team that I would be working on. They were very interested in how I approached work and actual examples of how I've worked in the past.

Learning some new stuff every day, having fun with great people!

change the CEO and remove his friends and family from corporate positions
