Aaron Moncibaiz — General Counsel at Goodwill Central Texas
Executive Bio
Aaron Moncibaiz brings a wealth of legal, legislative, and criminal justice expertise to our leadership team. Before joining GCT, Aaron spent five years serving as the Criminal Justice Policy Advisor to the Texas Lieutenant Governor. Aaron provided counsel to the Lieutenant Governor on a multitude of issues and played a central role in the conception, drafting, and execution of substantial legislative initiatives. Aaron also cultivated strong working relationships with our elected leaders, actively contributing to the shaping and advancement of criminal justice policy at the state capitol. Before joining the Lieutenant Governor’s office, Aaron spent more than eight years at the Lubbock County Criminal District Attorney’s Office, where he worked as an Assistant Criminal District Attorney. At that time, he handled a diverse range of felony and misdemeanor cases. While there, he also supervised prosecutors and provided them with prosecution and criminal law training.
