Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Goodwill makes millions and millions a year and is starting to get on the greedy side. Pay your employees better Goodwill! and you might retain employees. Don't focus so much on your profits and leave your employees behind - those same employees you claimed to "help". Pay an actual livable wage!

The mission of diversity, inclusion, and equity: in the stores, with the employees by the enrichment classes, in the preparing for work job/career training, and all the helping, tangible programs they do.
