Leaving for the day. And the few nice customers.

They are just too young and not trained at all.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It went well because there was a way different management team then.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They are lazy and dont respect smart, equip employees. They arent too fond of intelligent Blacks.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Im not able to grow and be respected for my ideas and time ive worked there. I would like more hours and more pay would be great.
