honesty, professionalism and need to learn how to really treat the employees

it is a cutthroat company and management loves to play employees against each other

if they pack up and go back to michigan. Apparently the New and Improved Gordon Food Service Values are nothing like the original

Having a good relationship with them. The support they provide. How they listen.
