Communication is great and fair
Leadership needs to work on holding all team members accountable for expectations. Leadership needs to keep other employee performance confidential. Leadership makes an exception for one and denigrate another.
Stop over working everyone! They act like the company is broke and it's the furthest thing from broke! Appreciate those who got you where you are instead of forcing them to "retire".
Everything. Managers keep a flask in the office and drink.
Too many things to list
Not threatning to withhold company gift cards for not going to Store Celebration. Feels really cruddy to do.
Being more understanding towards parents with infants.

honesty, professionalism and need to learn how to really treat the employees
Review from Sales Dept
The senior managers of the company don't have a single leadership skill among them. They are just a bunch of "I heard" decision makers that live in fear of what the Gordon family members will think of them. Just a bunch of old white males running scared to keep their jobs.
Review from Operations Dept
It is clear they have no direction anymore. Communication is gone and they are placing all their eggs in one basket around ERP. The culture that GFS was so known for is long gone and no matter how they try to hide it, people are worried.
By paying more attention to employees
