What's the vibe like in the Operations dept at Gottleib Memorial Hospital? How many hours are you working?
The vibe is very uptight. The top nursing officials are vindicative and petty, so regardless of how well you do your job, if the CNO decides she doesn't like you, there is no going back. She does not treat you professionally in front of your colleagues, is rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. It is beyond me how the hospital president allows her to continue to ruin nursing morale.
