At GR0, we are constantly brainstorming ways to become a more environmentally friendly workplace. We know that going green is not only good for our employees’ wellbeing, but can also improve overall operating costs. With 70% of our employees being remote, we are able to work towards a paperless company and reduce carbon emissions by encouraging our employees to work from home. Those that come into the office are constantly reminded to use our recycling bins and eco-friendly toiletries, and detergent. We know there is much work to do here, but we try to be 1% greater every day.
Philanthropy runs deep in GR0’s DNA. Three of our core values are to Do The Right Thing, Work Together, and Choose Gratitude, and we’re proud to honor them in our philanthropic efforts, including charitable contributions and volunteer work.
