Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

Graduway had significant growth in the last couple years. Money and resources have been focused on retention and development. Teams are spread in three different continents so communication across various timezones can be a little challenging. Although, management and team members are great.

Company treated workers with less than apt culture, overtime is not a thing, you follow multiple timezones so you never know when you're "clocked out". Specific people and managers are wonderful and incredibly educated leaders, but some are lacking the interpersonal skills to lead

What are some of the best things about your team?

Team Reviews

Team is newly formed and able to operate well together. It took a little time to get things sorted out but once done, we felt comfortable working our lanes.
