What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am encouraged to grown and develop my skills but I am also encouraged to slow down if I need to and to take a break. We have company-wide shutdown days so that everyone can take a break together.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview tech screening process was tough but fair. In hindsight, it is better for quality control.
I enjoyed how everyone I spoke with was interested in my past work and tried to get to know me as a person and not just tick some requirements boxes

What makes you most happy at work?
While we are a remote-first company, I enjoy our face-to-face team meetings that we are beginning to do now that COVID is waning.
My colleagues are good and smart people and I learn from them every day
