Be a people person and give even atta boy whenever something good happens and not be negative.
Pay does not depend on ability to perform job or willingness to help others.
Cost of living only , no merit increases
Communication skills are at a all time low
Attitude and welcome new employees
Have more people who care about the success of the company and not time punchers or hiring experts to be management when they have no idea what it's like on the floor as an operator or mechanic.
Trust, training, and turnover are killing our plant. Some people are offered more opportunities due to their shift and this compounds over years. It has came to the point that it is hurting production of the plant
