I worked nightshift for many years. Nightshift employee work well together with the same goal.

Excellent people who are competent skill sets
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Have more people who care about the success of the company and not time punchers or hiring experts to be management when they have no idea what it's like on the floor as an operator or mechanic.
Trust, training, and turnover are killing our plant. Some people are offered more opportunities due to their shift and this compounds over years. It has came to the point that it is hurting production of the plant
