They shiuld adopt the slogan " leave it for the next guy" unfortuenly im the next guy. What bothere me the most is having to pretty much make all the dunnage for all the shifts. When my shift ends eferything at the paletizers is stocked up and my work area swept, unfortuently im the only One doingit

I work alone for the most part, and like i said nobody has any drive or ambition
