What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone supports, helps, and encourages each other. When things get crazy for a project, everyone does what they can to help their coworkers, including the CEO.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Flexible, and has a deep understanding of the products and willing to be in the weeds when necessary. Has a good vision for future of the company. And also understanding that employees have lives.
