Work life balance is good, I never feel bad about taking time off. The work is meaningful and our customer success team has done a great job providing almost real-time reactions from our customers to the changes we are making, and most of those reactions are positive.
Unlimited PTO and decent health care coverage
Small group touch points and open communication
Seeing my work go into production
There is a sense that leadership is constantly communicating
Rank does not stand in the way of questions-- I feel comfortable reaching out to people with executive titles.
They are aligned in their goals and there is visibility in to what leadership is doing to achieve those goals.
My coworkers are active, present, and motivated. There is limited ego and everyone is willing to admit wrongdoing. We hold each other accountable and feel comfortable voicing dissenting opinions.
My team is always down to help. There's no hostility or a sense of people not wanting to be there-- everyone is invested in each others successes, not failures
The company is aligned on long term goals, so there is momentum for all teams to build towards those goals. Everyone is willing to help each other and willing to ask hard questions.
Base compensation is fair. However benefits are not very extensive. Home office stipend is minimal/non-existent, despite valuing in person collaboration, there is no explicit budget dedicated to co-working, no wellness-oriented benefits (gym stipend, wellness stipend).
