What did you like most about the interview process?
It didn't really feel like an interview - in a good way! It was super conversational. I got to talk to 5 different people throughout the process over the course of just a few days. The process was quick and relatively easy!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My favorite thing about the leadership team is their transparency with and consideration for everyone in the company. If changes are made, we know about them. We are in the middle of a big merger, and I never feel out of the loop or unsure about any changes that are happening!
