What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team makes an effort to be more approachable and transparent. It is evident that everyone is putting in the hours to move the company forward. It is no longer comprised of incompetent toxic egos.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is comprised of highly intelligent, empathetic, and productive people who take constructive criticism well. Everyone is invested in each others' successes and never make others feel like they are stupid for asking basic questions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This is a leading question. I do not feel undervalued. I feel the health benefit choices could be better (PPO instead of POS) and that a base raise (which came for me in a timely and fair manner) warrants discussion of more equity.
