the onboarding team at LMN has an incredible amount of talent. each person brings a unique experience to every customer and no other team works as hard during busy season.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
when i left for maternity leave at LMN a CPP program was in place which means I now make less coming back compared to my peers despite returning immediately to max capacity
