Very approachable knowledgeable and helpful.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love the hybrid work schedule as the Founder allows you the option to pick two days a week to come in to work onsite, and the commission is the highest in the industry.
Bonus Structure. Paid vacation, and Equity stake after 2 yrs.
Bonus Structure, Travel expense account. and QT trips to any where in the US, Canada and South America.
Monthly bonuses, which can range of any where from %15 to 25 % of your monthly billings, on top of your regular salary and set commission rate.

Everyone on the team always wants to help each other with their deals and fully support each other.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The group / team cares about and always wants to see everyone elevate themselves from a career and income standpoint.
The team is always willing to help in any situation.
helpful team no one is selfish and most of the management wants to see every one succeed.
Very tight niche team, that work together to accomplish there goals and wins, with both the west coast team and NY Office just awesome to work with.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Straight forward approach, and honest on if the position will be for me.
the staff very upfront and honest about the actual work.
The management, and teams I met seemed to be very straight forward.
The internal management/ Staff are very hands on and extremely transparent with all there candidates and clients doing business in a straight forward manner, which is rare in the Executive search industry.
