My yearly salary is excellent
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My manager never appreciates me and my work in yearly evaluations, however she mentions verbally one one on one meetings. But this does not make for me better financially.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are hardworking and consider themselves a team member first

the management is not only professional but bullies, getting down people and creates very hostile working enviroment
