First one goes through pre-screening from the Talent rep who may or may have time or not understand the needs and requirements of the position, Then if one passes through the pre-screening the hiring manager looks over the resume that was submitted to him. He chooses gives it back to HR where does a preliminary phone screen. Then if one passes that, one get the hiring manager who does the second phone screen, then wait. If there is concurrence then one is given a phone screening from the Hiring manager. If selected the hiring manager talks with HR, arranges the battery of interviewers, who then talks with the talent rep to arrange the in house interview. Then one waits. They bring one in for the physical interview with at least three people. A month or two later if one is selected, then they give the offer for a 3 day decision.
