lying about the work hours to get people in the door is our HR's MO. We have been working 12 hour shifts, 7 days a week for 16 months and no answers as to when this will end. people are quitting to find better work life balance. we are exhausted, frustrated, and beg for change.

we are not managed by anyone. everything goes until it doesnt. no direction, no communication, absolutely no support.
What makes you most happy at work?
when, on the rare occasion, i'm not there. but the coworkers are the only reason i'm staying as of now
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
STOP LYING TO NEW PEOPLE ABOUT THE SCHEDULE. we are NOT 2-2-3 for gods sake and we havent been for 16 months and according to how the company wishes to "grow" we are never going back so stop LYING TO PEOPLE. its sick and disgusting.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
being paid a comparable wage to everyone else for the hours and shifts we work and our department being labeled correctly, for one. not being heard and forced to repeat the cycle of - meetings, false promises, waiting- repeat. we mean nothing to anyone in this company. says we're replaceable.
