What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership team seems to truly care about a balanced work environment.

I love working here. The culture is very community oriented.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
we are not managed by anyone. everything goes until it doesnt. no direction, no communication, absolutely no support.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
it is fair for the work
Health coverage, fully paid short term disability
I like that we have an HSA.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
being paid a comparable wage to everyone else for the hours and shifts we work and our department being labeled correctly, for one. not being heard and forced to repeat the cycle of - meetings, false promises, waiting- repeat. we mean nothing to anyone in this company. says we're replaceable.
I wish they treated every department with the same respect
What are some of the best things about your team?
We treat each other with dignity and respect.
Walking out and going home to my family

That I was interviewed by the people who would be my coworkers.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
STOP LYING TO NEW PEOPLE ABOUT THE SCHEDULE. we are NOT 2-2-3 for gods sake and we havent been for 16 months and according to how the company wishes to "grow" we are never going back so stop LYING TO PEOPLE. its sick and disgusting.
What makes you most happy at work?
when, on the rare occasion, i'm not there. but the coworkers are the only reason i'm staying as of now
