Konrad Alt — Chief Banking Officer at GREEN DOT CORPORATION

Mr. Konrad Alt, J.D. has been Chief Banking Officer of Green Dot Corporation since November 2017. Mr. Alt has been Vice Chairman of the Green Dot Bank Board since November 2017. He served as Chief Operating Officer of Raptor Intelligence, Inc. from January 2017 to November 2017. Mr. Alt served as the Chief Operating Officer at Promontory Financial Group, LLC and its Managing Director of San Francisco office. Mr. Alt is the leader of Promontory Financial Group's San Francisco office and advises clients on compliance, enterprise risk management, governance and regulatory communications, with a particular expertise in retail lending. Prior to Promontory, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Public Policy Officer at Providian Financial Corp., and as a Senior Vice President at Golden West Financial Corp., the parent company of World Savings. His public service includes positions as counsel to the U.S. Senate Committee on Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs, where he participated in legislative efforts to resolve the savings and loan crisis, strengthen the deposit insurance system and improve consumer protection in financial services. He also served as Chief of Staff and Senior Deputy Comptroller for Economic Analysis and Public Affairs at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and was Editor of the Harvard Law Review while in law school. Mr. Alt studied J.D. from Harvard Law School, M.A. in Public Policy from Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University and B.A in Political Science from Reed College.
