What do you like best about the leadership team?
They always listen to what you have to say. They really put in the effort to support you in your career, and care about your work/life balance.
There is an established structure but the individuals are flexible. They support you while still providing the right amount of autonomy. This place is all about balance.
I like the flexibility that they offer, especially for working mothers.

Commission structure is set to encourage you to succeed
It's, comprehensive, but I feel management should contribute a little bit more towards the cost.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We are generally all competing for the same things, but support each other, ask questions, and can rely on each other for reliable information. All wonderful people and give a real family feel

Laid back but full of people who want to get stuff done and do well for themselves and the company

Getting to meet multiple people including partners and the CEO.
It didn't feel like an interview - everything was just a conversation and getting to know me as an individual
