Mr. Carl S. Bleyl, known as Steve, has been Executive Vice President of Ethanol Marketing at Green Plains Holdings LLC of Green Plains Partners LP since March 2015. Mr. Bleyl has been Executive Vice President of Ethanol Marketing at Green Plains Inc. since October 15, 2008. He served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Domain Officer of Axxis, Inc. He joined VBV LLC in October 2007 as Executive Vice President of Ethanol Marketing. Mr. Bleyl served as the Chief Executive Officer of Renewable Products Marketing Group LLC from June 2003 to September 2007. He was the Vice President of Value Added Services at Flint Hills Resources, LP and Koch Petroleum. Prior to that, Mr. Bleyl worked for over 20 years in various senior management and executive positions in the fuel industry. He served as a Director of Mobil Corporation and Basis Petroleum Inc. He holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from the United States Military Academy.
