Mr. John Neppl, CPA has been Chief Financial Officer of Green Plains Holdings LLC at Green Plains Partners LP since September 11, 2017. Mr. Neppl has been Chief Financial Officer of Green Plains Inc. since September 11, 2017. Mr. Neppl was a Partner of Flatwater Partners, LLC. He served as Chief Operating Officer of The Gavilon Group, LLC since October 6, 2015 and served as its Chief Financial Officer until October 6, 2015. Prior to this, Mr. Neppl held several senior financial management positions at ConAgra Foods, Inc, including Senior Financial Officer at ConAgra Trade Group and the ConAgra Foods Commercial Products division, as well as Assistant Corporate Controller at ConAgra Foods. Prior to ConAgra, he was a Corporate Controller at Guarantee Life Companies and Vice President at Finance & Administration at Financial Brokerage, Inc. He began his career as an Auditor with Deloitte & Touche. Mr. Neppl is a Member of the Creighton University Heider College of Business Dean's Advisory Board, as well as its Accounting Department Advisory Board. He serves as Board of Directors of Marian High School and serves on the Board of Advisors of Adams Land & Cattle Company. Mr. Neppl served as a Director of Gavilon Grain Australia Pty Ltd. since September 16, 2010. Mr. Neppl has over 25 years of experience in financial management, primarily in the agriculture, energy and food processing industries. Mr. Neppl has extensive experience in commodity processing and trading businesses. He provided broad financial leadership, with responsibility for the organization's accounting, treasury, risk control, business planning and analysis, tax, legal and investor relations functions. He is also a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Neppl holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from Creighton University.
