Kenneth M. Simril — President of Fleischmanns Vinegar at Green Plains

Mr. Kenneth M. Simril, also known as Ken, has been President of Fleischmanns Vinegar at Green Plains Inc. since October 2016. Mr. Simril serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President at Fleischmann's Vinegar Company, Inc. Mr. Simril served as Chief Financial Officer of ClearPath Networks, Inc. He has more than 20 years of experience as a senior-level executive in planning, building and leading start-up ventures, including billion dollar initiatives with various multi-national corporations such as ExxonMobil and Level 3 Communications. Mr. Simril served as Vice President of Finance for a publicly traded telecommunications company and helped manage the initial public offering process, which resulted in raising $400 million in equity. He was also instrumental in the issuance of various corporate securities totaling more than $10 billion and managed day to day treasury operations and shareholder communications. He serves as the Member of Supervisory Board at LACERA. As a Venture Developer for Mobil Oil Corporation, Mr. Simril was responsible for the development of fiscal terms and financial feasibility for Mobil's LNG Venture Development projects in Asia, Africa and the Middle East. Additionally, he managed the formulation and execution of marketing strategies for the South Mediterranean and Philippine independent power gas markets. Mr. Simril received his MBA from Harvard Business School and holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the University of Southern California.
