It is all lies. they say you can move up, you will get good compensation and benefits. The only good thing is the employee discount. It is full of nepotism, and back stabbers. Very toxic

GTI has been an amazing experience. The company has a great vision and strategy for success. The challenge with cannabis is that many people want it to be something different than what it is, which is common in many new industries.

The Leadership Team is authentic and connected to the business.

Everything a human being would need. Show empathy and actually show you care. Put your employees first. Without them you won't make any money.

I have worked there for at least 3 years and have no once been recognized for my hard work. I have actually saved the company thousands if not millions in money with processes to stream line production but of course management takes that credit. Compensation for years of hard work would be nice.
