- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Support your employees, give your bud tenders training and have them upsell internal products and not external.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I have worked there for at least 3 years and have no once been recognized for my hard work. I have actually saved the company thousands if not millions in money with processes to stream line production but of course management takes that credit. Compensation for years of hard work would be nice.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Everything a human being would need. Show empathy and actually show you care. Put your employees first. Without them you won't make any money.
