What are some of the best things about your team?
My teammates are open minded and we all take an approach of no bad ideas. The diversity of age, gender and race increases the diversity of ideas and we have all created an environment of complete trust.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They practice open book management, continually work on increasing diversity, and encourage all employees to try new things and do not punish any shortcomings or failures. It is a company where personal growth has resulted in business growth.
