What is the best part about your compensation package?

There are so many parts beyond good pay including unlimited vacation and flex time, hybrid work long before the pandemic, stock options, celebrations, and much more.

That it is fairly based on experience, merit and success of the organization.

Fair for a company of its size.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel valued, but as a small company that is growing things are understandably tight. I hope we can grow to afford more.

A 401K option.
