Kevin Costantino — President & Co-Head of U.S. M&A at Greenhill & Co

Mr. Kevin M. Costantino has been President of Greenhill & Co., Inc. since July 23, 2015 and has been its Co-Head of U.S. M&A since October 24, 2017. Mr. Costantino served as Managing Director of Greenhill & Co., Inc. since July 23, 2015 until October 24, 2017. Mr. Costantino served as Co-Head of Greenhill Australia of Greenhill & Co., Inc. from January 2014 to July 31, 2015. He served as Managing Director of Greenhill & Co., Inc. since January 25, 2012. He served as Principal of Sydney of Greenhill & Co., Inc. until January 25, 2012. Mr. Costantino served as Vice President of Chicago Operations of Greenhill & Co Inc. Mr. Costantino joined Greenhill's investment banking advisory practice in 2005. Prior to joining Greenhill, he practiced corporate and securities law at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, where he represented public and private clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions and public and private debt and equity offerings. He served as an editor of the Michigan Law Review and member of the Order of the Coif. Mr. Costantino received a B.B.A. with high distinction from the University of Michigan as well as a J.D., magna cum laude, in 2000 from the University of Michigan Law School.
