What do you like best about the leadership team?
They tried to be inclusive, encouraging, and motivating.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
It really need to follow through with active listening to employees.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Everything, we were compensated fair.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My male colleagues make more then 20% over what I make + benefits. Not to mention the perks like company paid hunting and fishing trips.

The company creates an atmosphere of competition. Throwing each other under the bus to make yourself look good.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Break times and lunch. Everything else is stressful.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company use to care about producing quality products. Now it is all about working as hard and fast to ship out as many products as possible made as cheaply as possible.
We don't feel valued and don't few we are making quality products.
