They hold quarterly meeting to update staff on the direction the company is going. The listen to our issues

Communication with all team members. more than 3 times a year. I suggest a monthly meeting to update everyone of company / revenue/ productivity / future plans status.

my cost of health insurance. my company has a great program for reducing my cost of Health insurance. But our insurance doesnt pay as well as others.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do the work or 3-4 people and get paid pennies. I am also an assistant manager and I still don't get paid enough

We work well together and always willing to help a co-worker who falls behind
